Meet our Programs Director - Andrea Wandling is the Manager, Member Relations & Human Resources for the state’s primary care association, The Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers. This non-profit association supports community health centers across the state and promotes the mission to provide quality healthcare for all Pennsylvanians.
She has been a SHRM member since 2017 and an HRP member since 2019. Andrea has a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State. She has been in the HR field for the past six years and recently obtained her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
Andrea resides in Carlisle with her husband. She enjoys working out, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Meet our new Legal & Legislative Director - Katherine English is the President & Owner of Advocacy Claims Management, LLC, utilizing two decades of business management success in human resources, operational risk management, customer service and sales training, fleet, and legal management to advocate and care for her clients, their employees, cultures, and customers.
She has been a SHRM, HRP, and Legal and Legislative Committee member since 2018. She resides in the Hershey area with her family (and menagerie of animals) on their small farm, Rock Hill Heritage Farm of Hershey. Via the Farm business, Katherine, is a public speaker, regenerative farmer, and permaculture teacher; her holistic management background yields a truly unique professional/wellness perspective.
