Our mission is to empower Human Resource professionals in Central Pennsylvania to grow and succeed in their unique career paths by providing a dynamic forum for education, networking, and the exchange of innovative ideas. We are committed to fostering diversity, developing meaningful partnerships, and creating a platform for the discussion of key legal and legislative issues impacting HR management at the state and national levels. Through our affiliation with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), we strive to inspire membership, cultivate future leaders, and ensure open communication between SHRM and our members, advancing the HR profession for the benefit of all.
