Meet Melanie Lambie - Membership Director! Melanie Lambie joined the Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union team as an HR generalist in 2020. She is a certified HR professional with nearly 15 years of experience. She also serves as a member of the DEI Champions and Wellness committees at Vizo Financial.
She is an alumnus of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and the University of Phoenix with a Master of Business Administration. Melanie has been an active member of HRP since 2018 and currently holds the role of Membership Director and study group instructor. She became a member of the Plan Sponsor Council of America in 2020 and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Melanie and her husband reside in New Cumberland with their son. She is active with Cub Scouts in her free time and likes reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Meet Jessica Storch - Workforce Readiness & College Relations Director! Jessica began her journey in Human Resources in 2007. Since then, Jessica has worked in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, health care, community action agencies, mental health, and construction. She is currently the Human Resources Director at Quandel Enterprises, LLC.
Jessica has a MS in General Management from Elmira College, where she is an Adjunct Professor teaching classes within the Human Resource concentrations. She also obtained SHRM-CP certification in 2019 and is a Certified Life Coach.
Jessica and her husband have recently relocated to the Carlisle area from northern Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Jessica likes reading, spending time in nature, and most of all, spending time with their sons, other family and her great danes.

The WE in ME: Culture, Belonging, and Employee Resource Groups (VIRTUAL)
Meeting Overview:
Members who attend this workshop will explore the step-by-step process used at Members 1st Federal Credit Union to create Associate Resource Groups. Elyse Perry, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Associate Resource Group (ARG) Chairperson will share ideas and resources on how we build and facilitate ARG programs and embed belonging into our culture. Tim Lengel will discuss the process of creating a diversity training and manager bootcamp that highlights workplace culture and belonging. Members will engage in a series of breakout sessions to discuss achievable initiatives that can promote belonging in the workplace. A supplemental guide will be provided to attendees that includes resources for local DEIB experts, recommended books, ARG structure recommendations, and communication tips. This will be an engaging presentation that ties in personal experience and professional resources and tools that you can put in place at your company. Register today!
