Meet Emily Thoman - HRP Immediate Past-President! Emily Thoman is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Wevodau Insurance & Benefit Strategies, helping local companies manage their employee health benefits. Emily has been on the HRP of CPA board since 2017 in various roles, most recently as the President of HRP and currently serving as Immediate Past-President. She has enjoyed being involved with HRP, giving back to the industry and continuing her education in all things HR-related. Emily resides in Etters, PA, with her husband and two dogs, enjoying time spent outdoors.
Meet Mark Clarke - HRP Lead for Membership Engagement! Mark Clarke joined Aflac in 2015 and was promoted to District Sales Coordinator within a year. Mark also owns and operates Tailwinds Insurance. Previously, he worked for M3T Corporation and as Assistant GM for the Harrisburg Senators Baseball Team. Mark graduated from Cedar Cliff High School & Slippery Rock University. He's coached high school basketball for 22 years and enjoys flying as a private pilot. Mark lives in Camp Hill with his wife of 31 years, Dina and their black lab, Rizzo.
