Meet Josh! Josh Matthews is serving a dual role on the board of directors for HRPCPA as Legal and Legislative Director (2022-2023) and Vice President (2023-2024). Josh is currently the Manager of Organizational and Leadership Development at CommunityAid, Inc. However, his most important (and favorite) job is husband to his lovely wife, Emilie, and father to his son, Layland (5) and daughter, Ellie (1). Josh has an array of experience in different HR roles such as recruiter, generalist, manager, and director, all in different industries. Josh enjoys all aspects of HR but mostly favors the opportunity to invest in the growth and development of leaders and employees.

Mike Murtha and Lindsey Hoke from JFC Global will join us to present: Attracting the Right Talent: Are you an Employer of Choice?
Everyone knows the talent pool has changed, but that doesn't change the fact that you need to keep the critical seats in your organization filled with the right people! In addition to providing a glimpse into the current hiring market and what job seekers are searching for, we will share proven strategies to attract the right talent. We will also dive into the importance of retention of your key team members, keeping those seats filled and minimizing your need to constantly recruit new talent. With a combined 40+ years of experience in recruiting talent all day, every day, we have decades of firsthand experience and look forward to sharing that with you.
This meeting will be held in person. We will be gathering at the Conference Center on the Central Penn College campus, located at 600 Valley Road, Summerdale, PA.
