Meet Jackie! Jacqueline Williams, MHRM, SHRM-CP, PHR, is the incoming 2023 Chapter President of HRPCPA and will serve in her new role on the Board of Directors for a two-year term. Jackie was recently promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at UniqueSource Products and Services in Mechanicsburg, PA. Jackie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources Focus from Elizabethtown College and Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Saint Francis University. Jackie lives in Harrisburg with her best friend, Eric, and will celebrate 30 years of marriage in January 2023.

January Chapter Meeting, January 24, 2023, 7:30am
A panel comprised of Legal and Legislative Committee Members will be presenting a review of 2022’s legal and legislative updates, a forecast of potential changes and updates in 2023, and identifying useful employment law resources all with the goal of assisting HR Professionals with remaining compliant and being aware of future regulations and requirements.
An overview of the topics is included here:
- Reviewing and addressing important Supreme Court Cases and how it affects HR
- Changes to employment law in 2022
- Forecast of 2023 legal and legislative updates/trends
- Resources (newsletters, websites, etc.) for HR to utilize in order to stay up-to-date
This meeting is pending approval for general recertification credits.
This meeting will be held in person. We will be gathering at the Conference Center on the Central Penn College campus, located at 600 Valley Road, Summerdale, PA. For easiest parking, please use Lot K. Directions and a map can be found here: https://www.centralpenn.edu/directions/. To enter the building, use the entrance off the back patio for the Conference Center, which is located directly under the bridge. From that entrance, the conference room will be immediately to your right.
