How To Be BRAVE in Uncomfortable Conversations!
Meeting Overview:
This session is dedicated to Champions of Change who are ready and willing to step into a vulnerable place to have raw and robust conversations about diversity-related issues that matter to them; and the communities that they identify with. Participants will have an opportunity to define and understand the purpose of BRAVE conversations; knowing when and how to respond; and learning how to lead in L.O.V.E.

Community Service
Join HRP as we mix and mingle with the residents of The Terraces at Capitol Village in their outdoor courtyard from 4:00 - 5:00. Light refreshments and small games will be provided. Then we will plant flowers/bulbs in courtyard at 5 pm when residents move inside for dinner.
Following our volunteer activity, we will travel down the road to Arooga's on Linglestown Road for Happy Hour from 5:45 - 7:00 PM.
This is a great opportunity to provide important interaction with residents while networking with your peers!
