Christopher Harvey, a Senior Wage and Hour Investigator from the Department of Labor, will join HRP to share about FLSA compliance issues. Throughout this presentation, attendees will be able to understand the enforcement authority of the Wage and Hour Division (WHD); navigate through WHD-issued publications, regulations, statutes, and other informational tools; and develop an understanding of FLSA compliance.
