Ed Bonnet, attorney with Capozzi Adler’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, will be sharing an interactive presentation on the National Labor Relations Act and the agency that enforces the Act, the NLRB. During this presentation, Ed will cover:
- Developments in the law
- How to defend a charge
- How to defend a complaint
- What happens when you face an organizing campaign
- Settlements and remedies and how to resolve charges
- Q and A
This presentation will allow members and guests to achieve a better understanding of federal Labor Law, position their company to avoid a union or improve current union relations, and prepare themselves when faced with an NLRB charge or a union organizing campaign.
