Mental flexibility is a hallmark of critical thinking. To be mentally flexible means to be able to adapt, to appreciate various points of view, to be open to new possibilities, to change your ways when necessary, and to be willing to continually learn and grow. People who develop their thinking power are more effective communicators, problem solvers, and negotiators. By conveying a more adaptive approach to their interactions, they build stronger relationships throughout the organization. They are the HR Power Hitters who influence organizational behaviors and win/win outcomes.
