Human Capital Analytics (HCA) is a rapidly growing field and one that can be daunting for many HR professionals. The sophistication and capability of organizations today varies considerably, with each organization being in their own stage of development. Some organizations are just starting to get a handle on their data and improve the quality of their data, while others are at the cutting edge of predictive analytics. 

The analytics journey can start anywhere from assessing your current data streams and reanalyzing data, to enhancing HR information systems, identifying key drivers of engagement or intent to leave, and tying employee engagement data to operational and financial metrics. Regardless of where your organization begins its analytics journey, it is important to take an in-depth approach to understanding employee attitudes and the context in which they exist in order to predict behaviors and outcomes. 

Through the presentation of an analytics maturity model and various case studies, you will learn a strategic approach to advanced analytics and how you can apply these to your own organization. Presented by: Dr. Fiona K Jamison-- CEO of Spring International

Fiona brings 20 years of experience conducting research and providing solutions to both for-profit and non-profit organizations with specific expertise in employee engagement, employee relations, change management and people analytics. For the last 25 years, Spring International has provided custom research and analytics for Fortune 100 companies across the United States and internationally.

Born and raised in Britain, Fiona has provided research and consultancy services in the U.K., Europe, and North America. This international experience adds a unique perspective to understanding employee relations and organizational culture.  In the U.K. Fiona worked mostly in the aerospace, energy and telecommunications industry.  She is the author of numerous articles on people analytics, change management, effective downsizing and understanding the role of line managers during organizational change.

Fionas Ph.D. is in Human Resource Management from the University of Bristol, was an Honorary Research Fellow for the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.).  In the USA, she has been an adjunct professor at Arcadia University and is actively involved with leading HR think tank organizations such as the Wharton Research Advisory Group, University of Pennsylvania and more recently the Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy Human Capital Analytics Group.  She currently sits on the Senior HR Advisory Board for Fox Business School.  She now proudly runs Spring International as a women-owned business.
