Summary of Presentation:

Successful recruitment strategy should not be limited to job boards.  The best candidate can sometimes be the individual currently employed who may not be actively “looking” for other employment.  How do you find them?  Networking!  We will discuss creative sourcing for candidates through networking and describe the difference between Active and Passive recruiting. We will also talk about the importance of engaging diverse talent pools to create inclusive, dynamic organizations.
